Resident Life Hosts Third Annual Fall Fest

For the third year in a row, Fall Fest warmed students up to the cool weather ahead. Despite the dreary day, there were many exciting activities like the chili cook-off, pumpkin carving, a pie-eating contest and an outdoor movie.

MBU Volleyball vs. St. Louis College of Pharmacy

The Spartans played for something on Wednesday that was bigger than just winning a conference game. As the women took down St. Louis College of Pharmacy easily in three sets, they also brought awareness to thyroid cancer and raised over $2,000 in memory of Mike Brendel.

MBU Cross Country Competes for the Second Time

The Missouri Baptist University cross country team competed at the Maryville Cross Country Meet at Six Flags on Sept. 18. The team bonded in the theme park after the race.  Faith Reynolds pushes her limits all the way to the finish of the race.  Reynolds finished 42nd out of 96

International Student Services Hosts its First Student Barbecue

The International Student Services office provides services for the 52 international students at MBU. From extensive help with paperwork to working through culture shock, the ISS office is an amazing resource for its students. Last weekend, they held their first-ever BBQ to kick off the school year and provide an opportunity for the students to get to know each other. The BBQ was held at the home of Jessica Fitzgerald, director of International Student Services.
