Missouri Baptist University hosted its first-ever outdoor play, “The Caucasian Chalk Circle,” in the Quad, directed by Kasey Cox. The play offered a living room concert atmosphere as students came and went as they pleased, as others sat Indian style up close, enjoying the action.
MBU Theatre Brings “The Judgment of Solomon” to the Quad
Missouri Baptist University faculty members and students gathered on the Quad recently to watch MBU Theatre’s first-ever outdoor play, “The Caucasian Chalk Circle,” which depicts the story of the Judgment of King Solomon, who was charged with determining the real mother of an abandoned baby.
MBU Theatre’s “Peter Pan” Soars at Box Office
MBU Theatre performed Tony award-winning, “Peter Pan,” for over 2,000 people March 23-26 in the Chapel. After a remarkable success, the cast now refocuses and plans for the next performance.
14th Annual Senior Adult Day
Senior adults filled the seats to see MBU Theatre’s production of “Peter Pan,” with lunch following in the Mabee Great Hall. Guests were greeted by the cast as they enjoyed their lunch and each other’s company.
