The Five Most Important Character Traits

The five most important character traits to have are compassion, kindness, openness, honesty and humility. While it is easy to list these characteristics, it can be more difficult to put them into action.

Operation Spread Christmas Joy

The concept of giving is emphasized a lot throughout the holidays, yet often there is an idea of giving with the expectation of receiving something in return. One of the most life-altering lessons that I have ever learned was how to prioritize blessing others and expect nothing in return.

What’s Your Favorite Christmas Movie this Holiday Season?

The winter weather is a great time to get together with family and friends to pop in your favorite Christmas movie. Why Arcane Succeeds Where She-Hulk Fails

Although Arcane and She-Hulk differ in style and tone, they both aim to portray their respective female leads as strong characters worthy of audiences’ attention spans. However, Arcane accomplishes this task while She-Hulk fails, and the defining reason is found within the portrayal of their main characters.

A Soundtrack for Senior Year

Music is my favorite way to break writer’s block, and my high school creative writing class is a testament to that with “Strangers” by Mt. Joy being the inspiration behind the protagonist of my short story.

Characters hold collectable cards which have pictures of themselves as well as information about the character for all to take home as memorabilia.

Twenty One Pilots Concert Leaves Fans Far From “Stressed Out”

Attending a concert featuring a favorite artist is a rite of passage for many young people. For me, this rite of passage came in the form of a recent Twenty One Pilots concert. The thrill of seeing a band I have loved since I was a freshman in high school was enhanced by the group’s stunning visual presentation, musical prowess and sincere performance.

Shaping My Music Taste

My sister was the biggest influence on my music taste. I was a pre-teen when she was a teenager and I wanted to be just like her, everything from her fashion style to the music she listened to. She listened to pop stars such as Justin Bieber, Ke$ha, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift. Ke$ha’s debut album, “Animal,” was a huge hit among teenage girls because she wrote songs about experiences many girls go through growing up: having crushes, partying and being betrayed by a friend, to name a few.
