The Spartans have a bye week and will return to action next Saturday, Sept. 12, at Siena Heights University in Michigan. Their next home game will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, against Taylor University, at the Westminster Christian Academy stadium. The Association of Black Collegians hosts a show that stepped into the future of Missouri Baptist University.
Resident Life held its second annual Block Party in Spartan Village Aug. 14. There were over 130 on-campus residents and commuter students who came out to enjoy a night of lawn games, hot dogs and community.
The MBU Spartans baseball team hosted a blue-out event Friday, April 17, where fans were encouraged to bring couches to receive free food. Many were in attendance and the Spartans split the double-header with the Freed-Hardeman University Lions.

Missouri Baptist University’s annual Education Fair Tuesday, Feb. 10, in the Sports and Recreation Complex, helped education majors and graduates begin to make connections with representatives from area school districts. The afternoon involved meet-and-greets, resume reviews and even informal interviews.
